We kindly request that you reach out to us before your order enters the production phase. In such cases, we will gladly accommodate your request and, where applicable, provide a refund for the cancelled items.


In the event that your order is already out for delivery but has not yet reached its final destination, we will make every effort to contact the driver and request the cancellation of the delivery. However, please note that, due to the vulnerability and quality of our fresh products, we are unable to offer refunds for flowers that have already been dispatched.
